Energy Cost Calculator

With so many of our readers concerned about energy bills (who isn't really), we've made an energy cost calculator. Use this to help figure out how much you might pay based on your usage.

Energy Cost Calculator

How much will your energy cost now with the new prices? Use this calculator to find out.

We've pre-filled the calculator with costs (matching the current unit energy price caps) and usage amounts (matching average household kWh usage). But you can change these inputs in the calculator.

For example, you can input your typical monthly electricity and gas usage in kWh (check an old energy bill to find these). Either use our estimates for energy prices or change the prices. That's it! You'll see monthly and annual expected energy costs.

For more information about energy costs, please see our article on the average cost of electricity in the UK.
