Wizz Air launches 'all you can fly' subscription - but there are a few catches...

Wizz Air has launched an 'all you can fly' subscription offering travellers unlimited flights for less than £500. We look at whether the pass is worth it.

Following its high-profile debut in 2024, Wizz Air’s 'All You Can Fly' subscription has become a permanent, albeit more expensive, fixture for European frequent flyers.

The pass gives passengers the chance to get as many flights as they can take in a year at the cost of £515 (€599) per year — a significant increase from its introductory launch rate of £426 (€499).

While Wizz Air pioneered the 'unlimited' model in Europe, it now operates alongside similar mature schemes from Frontier Airlines in the US and AirAsia, targeting a niche market of spontaneous travellers who can navigate the strict 72-hour booking window.

While flying as many times as you want might sound like a great deal, there are a few catches to beware of which could take the cost upwards of £500 a year, and cause a few headaches.

1. Booking ahead

Most of us like to book our holidays in advance to be able to organise time off from work, pet care and plan our trip.

But you are only able to take advantage of the All You Can Fly pass if you book three days or less in advance. And of course that means there might not be space on the flight you want to take.

You also need to pay an extra €10 per flight when booking.

However, it's great if you like to live a nomadic lifestyle and don't mind where - or when - you holiday.

2. Luggage

Unfortunately the deal doesn't include hand luggage or checked in suitcases so these must be purchased separately.

Wizz Air is the third worst airline in the UK for free hand luggage, NimbleFins research found.

It allows customers a free bag up to 40cm x 30cm x 20cm in the cabin, with a Priority ticket needed to take a larger bag in the overhead compartment.

3. Limited availability

While the initial 10,000 passes sold out almost instantly, Wizz Air has since expanded the scheme. In 2026, the airline operates the 'All You Can Fly' pass on a staggered release basis, with new slots opened quarterly to match seat capacity.

In many regions, the pass now operates via a waitlist system within the Wizz Air app. Prospective members should monitor availability closely, as the airline now caps the total number of active subscribers per 'hub' city to avoid over-saturating popular routes.

However, it may still open subscriptions again, so it's worth doing your calculations now to see if it's worth it for you.

We’ve outlined its other subscription options later in this article.

Wizz Air standards

Wizz Air’s reputation is beginning to show signs of a slow recovery following its £90 million investment in operational resilience.

While the airline was famously ranked the worst for UK delays for three consecutive years up to 2024, the latest 2025/2026 CAA data shows a marginal improvement in punctuality, though they still sit in the bottom third of major carriers.

In the 2026 Which? Annual Airline Survey, Wizz Air finally moved off the bottom spot for customer service, though it continues to receive low marks for 'value for money' due to the rising costs of add-ons and luggage fees.

Wizz Air All You Can Fly benefits

With Wizz Air’s All You Can Fly subscription you'll get a fixed price no matter what time of year - so you won't need to worry about flying peak or off peak.

You can also buy up to three flights a day during the 12-month period.

However, because you can only book up to three days in advance, you're essentially helping Wizz Air fill up its emptier flights and, with the extras you need to pay such as luggage and seat allocation, helping them fill the coffers a little more too.

What is Wizz Air Multipass?

Wizz Air Multipass is another subscription where frequent flyers can pay a certain amount a month to access one flight a month (either single or return).

The deal is good for people who perhaps live or work abroad or have family overseas.

For UK-based travellers, the Multipass now costs €69.99 (~£60) a month for one international flight, or €139.99 (~£120) a month for a return trip. Extras have also risen in price.

Trips must be booked at least five days in advance.

However, like with All You Can Fly, this subscription doesn't include luggage. Hand luggage add-ons now average €42/€84 (~£36/£72) per month, while a 20kg checked bag will set you back €55/€110 (~£47/£94) depending on whether you choose the one-way or return subscription tier.

What is Wizz Air Discount Club?

The Wizz Air Discount Club provides members with guaranteed savings on flight fares, checked baggage, and exclusive onboard Café & Boutique promotions. However, the membership became more expensive in 2025, and the threshold to receive a discount is now higher.

Standard annual membership for two people (the member plus one companion) now costs €59.99 (~£51), (previously €39.99). For this fee, you receive a €10 discount on all flight fares — but only if the ticket price is €29.99 (£25.50) or higher. You also get a €5 discount on checked-in bags (20kg or 32kg) when purchased online.

For larger groups, the Standard Plus membership covers up to six people for €99.99 (~£85) (previously €69.99) a year.

Is it worth it in 2026? With the new pricing, a solo traveler using a Standard membership would need to book six one-way flights (three return trips) to break even. However, a couple traveling together would be up on the deal after just two return trips and one checked bag, as the combined savings of €50 would almost entirely cover the €59.99 fee.

The value is even clearer for families. A family of four taking just one holiday with two checked bags would save €100 (€80 on tickets and €20 on bags).Even with the higher €99.99 Group membership fee, they would technically be in profit from their very first trip.

As always, the more frequently you fly on mid-range fares, the more value you extract from the club.
